This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.260 of 2000 on the file of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Arakkonam.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] submitted that the case in S.C.No.260 of 2003 on the file of the Assistant Sessions Judge, Arokkanam ended in acquittal on 22.03.2021 and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
