In this miscellaneous petition, on 06.06.2017, this Court passed the following order :

"Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants as well as the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 3.

2. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, we are of the view that final decree proceedings may go on but however, passing of final decree alone is stayed till the disposal of the appeal.

3.Registry is directed to post the matter on 29.06.2017. Notice."

In view of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
