O R D E R

The present Criminal original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file Final Report on the complaint given by the petitioner, which has been taken up for investigation in Crime No.891 of 2009 dated 13.11.2009.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), appearing on behalf of the respondent, states that in spite of keeping the matter under investigation for more than 14 years, the complaint has been closed as undetected and reported that the concerned Magistrate's RCS report also sent to the complainant.

3. In view of the above fact, nothing survives in the present Criminal original Petition. Accordingly, the present Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
