This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner for committing wilful disobedience of the order passed by this court in W.P.No.18650 of 2022, dated 25.07.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation has been considered and the same is disposed of on 12.07.2023 and incidentally, the petitioner has also filed another writ petition to settle the issue and is pending before this court.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents, this Contempt Petition is closed as nothing further survives for adjudication.
