ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Cr.No.91 of 2025 pending on the file of the first respondent.
2. On the complaint given by the second respondent/defacto complainant, FIR in Crime No.91 of 2025 has been registered by the first respondent police for the offences under Sections 318(4), 336(2), 336(3), 340(2) and 61(2) of BNS Act. To quash the same, the petition has been filed.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the first respondent. 2/4
4. The allegation in the FIR is that certain stamp papers have been antedated and documents have been fabricated. Therefore, the crux of the allegation pertains to the creation of false record, which requires proper investigation.
5. At this stage, I do not find any ground to quash the FIR. Let the Investigating Officer proceed with the investigation, taking into account the report of the District Registrar. Upon such investigation, if it is found that no offence is made out, the Investigating Officer shall file an appropriate final report, either positive or negative, before the competent court. 6With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 29-08-2025 Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes mrp 3/4
