This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 882 days in filing the criminal appeal as against Judgment dated 07.01.2023 passed in S.C.No.354 of 2019 on the file of Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 882 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
