ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in respect of the case registered in FIR in Crime No.103 of 2019 on the file of the Annamalai Nagar Police Station, Cuddalore District, under Section 4(1)(a) of Tamilnadu Prohibition Act and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned.
2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed in S.T.C. No.262/2020 by the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Chidambaram and the case ended in acquittal.
3. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
