The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the dispute between the parties to the lis on hand had already been settled and the Execution Petition filed also terminated. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present Appeal Suit.

2. Accordingly, the present Appeal Suit stands closed as settled. However, there shall be no order as to costs. The Registry is directed to refund the Court Fee in favour of the appellant as per the rules in force. 23-02-2023 Speaking Order/Non-Speaking Order.
