This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.18102 of 2022 on 03.08.2022 to report before the trial court twice daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to appear before trial Court on all further hearing dates.
