Respondents in all W.Ps Common Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records comprised in the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 30.12.2003 in letter No.15442/J1/2003-3 Higher Education Department and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to consider independently the application of the petitioner bearing No.AC 0030/2004-2005, No.AC 0038/2004-2005 and grant appropriate permissions for the starting in new courses and for increasing the intake in the existing course, grant appropriate permissions for establishment of a new M.B.A.institution and M.C.A.institution in the Engineering College viz. Aarupadai Veedu Institute of Technology without insisting upon the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

N.O.C.of the State Government in the light of the policy decision taken by the State Government which is not binding on the A.I.C.T.E., to enable the petitioner to start the courses from the academic year 2004-2005.
