O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to execute the non-bailable warrant issued by the learned Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Alandur in C.C.No.117 of 2017 as against the third respondent herein.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2.

3. The case pertains to money transactions. The grievance of the petitioner is that though warrant was issued to secure the accused in the year 2023, the same was not executed by the respondent police. Hence, the present petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] on instructions submitted that the accused has vacated the rental premises and his whereabouts are not known and the respondent police have been taking steps to secure him.

5. In view of the submissions of the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondents 1 & 2, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to execute the warrant as expeditiously as possible.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
