This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, Flower Bazaar Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, until further orders, in Crl.O.P.No.26574 of 2022 dated 03.11.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
