2. Today, when the revision petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that pending revision, the Rent Control Eviction Petitions themselves were disposed of on 09.02.2018 and thereby the eviction petitions were dismissed. Therefore, according to the learned counsel, nothing survives in the revision petitions for further adjudication.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the partitioner, the civil revision petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected CMPs are closed.
