Learned Government Pleader and the Learned Council appearing on behalf of the impleaded respondents made a submission that, during the pendency of the writ petition, the tender notification, which is under challenge in the present writ proceeding, was cancelled and fresh auction was conducted. Pertinently, the Seemai Karuvelam trees in the subject property were also removed by the subsequent successful auctioneer and therefore, the cause does not exist as of now. 2.In view of the submission made, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. The deposits, if any made by the petitioner, is directed to be refunded by following the due procedures.
