The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for promotion/appointment as Nursing Tutor, Gr.II, in pursuance of her officiating in the said post from April 2016 and in the light of her representation dated 23.08.2024, within a limited time frame.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that she has given a representation dated 23.08.2024 seeking to promote/appoint as Nursing Tutor, Grade-II, and such representation is yet to be considered by the respondents.
3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the second fourth to ninth respondents would fairly submit that they would consider the petitioner's representation within a reasonable time.
4. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

In view of the said fair submission made by the learned Government Advocate, without going to the merits of this Writ Petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.08.2024, and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
