A.No.8676 of 2017 Application No.8676 of 2017 N.SATHISH KUMAR, J., By order dated 03.01.2018, this Court had appointed one Mr.S.Abu, Legal Executive as a receiver to seize and possess the vehicle, which is morefully described in the schedule to the Judges Summons.

2. Today (09.03.2020), when the matter is called, the learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the vehicle could not be secured by the receiver. He therefore prayed that further period of six weeks may be granted for executing the order of this Court dated 03.01.2018, by the receiver.

3. Considering the submission made by the applicant's counsel, this Court directs the receiver to execute the order of this Court dated 03.01.2018, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the order granting power to repossess the vehicle in question shall stand automatically cancelled.
