ORDER

The motor accident case registered in Crime No.416 of 2023 based on the information given by one Ranjith Kumar as against two persons namely Selvaraj and Sudalai, which is the subject matter of writ petition. The petitioner Muthuramalingam son of Muthumani claiming that the 2/5

investigation in this case not been properly conducted by the present Investigating Officer and therefore, pray for a team to be constituted and supervised by the Superintendent of Police and Deputy Superintendent of Police by way of writ of Mandamus.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the investigation is done properly and the final report will be filed within a period of two months. The information furnished by the petitioner will also taken note in the course of investigation.

Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed, since the allegation made by the petitioner and the reason for constituting team is not made out. No costs.
