This application is presented by the plaintiff to condone the delay of 27 days in filing the written statement in response to the counter claim of the first defendant. On instructions, learned counsel for the first defendant submits that he has no objection to this application being allowed.

2. On examining the affidavit in support and being satisfied that sufficient cause is shown, this application is allowed. Consequently, the Registry is directed to receive the written statement of the plaintiff in response to the counter claim of the first defendant.
