This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to call for the entire records connected with the F.I.R. in Crime No.161 of 2017 on the file of the Respondent Police and quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners have been convicted in S.T.C. No.139 of 2018 by the Trial Court. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition does not have matter for further adjudication.
