It is stated that as against the petitioner, an absconding charge sheet has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance in Spl.S.C.No.256 of 2023 and a NonBailable Warrant also issued against the petitioner.

2.Hence, this petition seeking anticipatory bail would not lie. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.

3.The petitioner to surrender before the jurisdictional Court.
