issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to order passed by the first respondent in No.48381/U1/2015 dated 11.11.2016, which confirmed the order of second respondent No.1747/Aa3/2015 dated 17.08.2015 and quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional, consequently annul the power deed in document No.7734/2014 dated 17.11.2014 and sale deed in document No.8447/ 2014 dated 10.12.2014 on the file of third respondent and on other consequential registration of documents in furtherance thereon. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to order passed by the first respondent in No.48381/U1/2015 dated 11.11.2016, which confirmed the order of second respondent No.1747/Aa3/2015 dated 17.08.2015 and quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional, consequently annul the power deed in document No.7734/2014 dated 17.11.2014 and sale deed in document No.8447/ 2/4

2014 dated 10.12.2014 on the file of third respondent and on other consequential registration of documents in furtherance thereon. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made complaint as against the private respondents in terms of the Circular of the Inspector General of Registration dated 03.11.2011 in Circular No.67/11, however, Circular No.67/11, dated 03.11.2011, was withdrawn on 20.10.2017 and consequential orders were also withdrawn. Hence, this Court may close this writ petition by granting liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the Civil Court or before the competent Authority according to the relevant provisions.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
