The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.09.2023 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 449, 506(ii), 307 of IPC r/w Section 25(1A) of Arms Act, in Crime No.89 of 2023, seeks bail.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the defacto complainant had stated in his complaint that he was acting as a driver and there were difference of dispute between him and the accused, for which, they had assaulted him with knife.
3.It is also stated that some of the accused are still absconding. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner further stated that the petitioner is a college student and his name does not find place in the FIR. 5.But however, some of the accused are still absconding. It is only a threat to the injured person.
6.Let all the accused be secured. At this stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
