Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader takes for respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse order is passed as against respondents 4 to 13, notice to those respondents is dispensed with.
2. The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition, seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to pass orders in Appeal No.2459/C2/2022, dated 27.05.2022 preferred by the petitioner on merits, within a reasonable time frame as fixed by this Court. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as against the order in Na.Ka.No.3440/A3/2021, dated 28.03.2022 passed by the third respondent, the petitioner preferred an appeal in Appeal No.2459/C2/2022 before the second respondent on 27.05.2022, but till date the said appeal is pending without any consideration. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 fairly submitted that the petitioner's appeal would be considered and disposed of by the second respondent on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 27.05.2022, preferred by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner Page Nos.3/5
and all other interested parties, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
