ORDER

The limited prayer sought for in these writ petitions is for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to prepare year wise promotional panel for the years 2020-2021, 2021-2022 and 2022-2023, separately. 2.

In the counter affidavit filed by the respondents, it is stated that the preparation of the panel for the years 2020-2021, 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 are under process.

In view of the preparations already been initiated, this Court 2/4

is of the view that some time limit could be fixed for completion of the same and accordingly, there shall be a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to prepare the promotional panel for the years 2020-2021, 2021-2022 and 2022-2023, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
