The petitioner, who apprehends arrest in connection with Case No.252 of 2022 dated 23.09.2022 under Section 420 of IPC pending on the file of the first respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner who has been accused of non-bailable offences committed beyond the territorial jurisdiction limit of the State of Tamil Nadu, has approached this Court for Anticipatory Bail, so as to enable him to approach the appropriate Court.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case and he has nothing to do with the said allegations. He would further submit that Interstate Anticipatory bail may be granted to him to enable him to move to the appropriate jurisdictional Court for necessary relief.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant inter-state interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner for a period of six weeks from today to enable them to move 1/4

to the concerned Court in Kolkata.

5. Accordingly, interim interstate anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioner for a period of six weeks, on condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready and each of the petitioner shall execute a separately bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said learned Magistrate. Further, within four weeks from the date of execution of bail bond, the petitioner shall approach the competent Court in Telangana State and seek appropriate relief.

6. In view of the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
