The petition has been filed seeking bail in connection with Crime No.321 of 2025 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(aaa) read with 4(1A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act. Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.

The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was arrested on 23.07.2025 for possession of 110 liters of ID arrack. Hence the present complaint. 3.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police opposed the grant of bail to the petitioners and submitted that the petitioner is involved in 18 previous cases, out of which 9 cases are of a similar nature and the co-accused is yet to be secured. 4.
Considering the objection raised by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
