Vs. K. Shobana and Ors. dated 05.03.2021 reported in (2021) 4 SCC 686 while preparing the select list for the post of PG Assistant in Physics pursuant to Notification No 01/2021 dated 09.09.2021 as amended by Notification No 01D / 2022, dated 27.08.2022.

ORDER

2. Recording the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
