Seeking a direction to issue a non-traceable certificate, the petitioner has come up with the present petition.

2. According to the petitioner, a complaint has been given by the 1/3

petitioner's mother on 17.12.2023, however, non-traceable certificate has not been issued.

3. Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that CSR has been issued and the respondent will follow the circular issued by the Tahsildar in this regard and issue nontraceable certificate.

4. In such view of the matter, the respondent is directed to issue the non-traceable certificate to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
