ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the 2nd respondent pertaining to his proceedings dated 17.02.2023 in RFL/Kavindapadi/51/2023 and quash the same.

2. From a perusal of the typed set of papers filed along with the Writ Petition and when the Court posed a question as to the Encumbrance Certificate, the learned counsel submitted that the same is not produced.

3. Hence, for the above reason, this Writ Petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition with necessary documents including the Encumbrance Certificate.

4. With the above liberty, this Writ Petition is dismissed at the admission stage itself. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
