2. Mr.A.Vijaykumar, learned counsel for the applicant would state that pursuant to the share subscription agreement and the supplementary agreement to the share subscription agreement, which were entered into by the parties at Chennai, the applicant transferred amounts to the account of the respondent. According to the learned counsel, the entire cause of action had arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court and this application has been filed since the defendant is residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court.
