CMP Nos.2488, 2489 and 2490 of 2017 have been filed by the petitioner i)to condone the delay of 278days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent; ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent and iii) to bring on record the legal representative of the deceased 1st respondent as respondents 2 to 6 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard Dr.C.Ravichandran, learned counsel for the petitioner. All the respondents have been duly served.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and this Court being satisfied with the same, these CMPs are allowed as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments and list the main Second Appeal for the hearing on 12.08.2021. 22.07.2021 vsi2 ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J.
