This petition has been filed seeking for extension of time to execute the order made in Crl.O.P.No.26713 of 2022 dated 03.11.2022 in Crime No.201 of 2021 on the file of Respondent Police, pending investigation.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to comply with the order passed by this Court within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled without any further extension.
