The Criminal Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the learned XIV Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.1362 of 2023 in C.C.No.7 of 2022 dated 02.09.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner after arguing for some time, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Petition. He has also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.
