This application has been filed for to direct the Official Liquidator to adjudicate the applicants Claim No.3/313/97 dated 01.08.2001. M/s.India Castor Limited was ordered to be wound up by an order dated 14.12.2000. The applicant/claimant appears to have voluntarily filed a claim statement on 01.08.2001 even before the claim statement were called for by the Official Liquidator. The Official Liquidator called for claim statements to be filed by 04.05.2019 pursuant to order dated 16.11.2018 in C.A.No.651 of 2018 passed by this Court.

2. Considering the fact that the applicant has already filed the Claim Statement in Form 66 on 01.08.2001, Court is of the view that this application deserves to be allowed.
