ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the Respondents to survey his properties in Survey Nos.96/1A and 96/1B measuring 3.29 acres situated in Sembedu Village, Tiruvallur Taluk, Tiruvallur District, by considering his online application dated 06.04.2023.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that he acquired right over the above mentioned property under partition deed dated 24.12.1993, settlement deed dated 21.12.1999 and sale deeds dated 13.12.1998 and 21.04.2021. He filed an online application on 20.03.2024 seeking survey of the above mentioned property and the same has not been considered by the Respondents. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the Respondents would submit that the online application will be considered on its own merits within the time fixed by this Court. 2/4

In view of the same without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the 1st Respondent is directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 20.03.2024 in Application No.2024/0123/01/001636 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to the petitioner and other interested parties.
