This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.215 of 2017, pending on the file of the XIX Additional City Civil Court at Chennai.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] submitted that the case in S.C.No.215 of 2017 on the file of the XIX Additional City Civil Court at Chennai, ended in acquittal on 10.01.2019 and hence, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter.
