This petition is filed to permit the petitioner to amend the enhancement claim as Rs.9,00,000/- instead of Rs.5,00,000/- in MCOP.No.31/2011, on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Subordinate Judge, Ariyalur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent / Insurance Company, who has no objection in allowing the CMP.

3. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
