This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to call for the records pursuant to the case in Crime No.989 of 2017 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instruction would submit that the case in Crime No.989 of 2017 has been already closed by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

1st respondent police. Hence, there is nothing survives for further adjudication in the matter.

3. In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed if any.
