This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that was modified by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.12405 dated 21.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9029 of 2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) stated that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police station, once in two weeks for three times and thereafter as and when required for interrogation by the respondent police.
