ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent police to provide police protection to the petitioner herein for erecting the fence in Plot No.25 measuring about 2661 1/4 sqft., situated at R.S.Puram, Pooluvapatti Majara, Neruperichal Village, Tiruppur.

2. The petition was filed in the year 2017. By efflux of time, the cause of action that has been projected to seek for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the relief of police protection, may not survive at this length of time and this Court is not inclined to grant any police protection.

3. If and when the petitioner encounters a situation wherein she requires police protection for the life and property, a fresh representation can be made to the respondent police within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on receipt of such being representation, the first respondent shall consider the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

4. In the result, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
