(Order of the Court was made by SUNDER MOHAN, J.) The petitioner seeks relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.3078 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.77 of 2022 dated 08.06.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition.

3. Satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition, condition stands modified and the petitioner is directed to appear on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., before the trial Court.
