2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 3.
Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, more particularly, considering the steep rise in Covid-19 cases followed by the lock down announced by both the State and Central Governments during the relevant point of time, the delay of 1460 days in re-presenting the above case is condoned subject to the condition that the appellant/petitioner shall pay a cost of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Tamil Nadu Advocate Clerks' Association, High Court, Madras 600 104, within a period of two weeks, failing which, the order shall stand automatically vacated without further reference to this Court. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
