The application has been filed to extend the time for execution of bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- as per the order of this Court dated 10.7.2024 in O.P.No.808 of 2023.

2. The Learned Counsel appearing for the applicants submitted that the applicants are residing in abroad and therefore, they are not able to execute the security bond within a period of three months. Hence, he seeks extension of time.

3. Considering the reasons stated above, time is extended for execution of security bond by six months, from today.

Accordingly, this application stands allowed.
