C.M.P.No.20975 of 2022 has been filed to condone the delay of 109 days in paying the deficit Court fee and to permit the Appellant to deposit the deficit court fee of Rs.6,941/- in the above Appeal.

2.C.M.P.No.20973 of 2022 has been filed to condone the delay of 126 days in representing the above Appeal.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these Petitions and in the interest of justice, the delay in paying the deficit court fee and representation is condoned.

4.C.M.P.No.20975 of 2022 & C.M.P.No.20973 of 2022 are ordered, accordingly.

6. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission on 05.01.2023.
