Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the order passed by the second respondent in Ref.No.AB1/54125/2006 dated 27.10.2006 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the third respondent to appoint the petitioner as Forest Guard by transferring him from Tamil Nadu Basic Service in Forest Department and by including his name in the select list prepared by him as per his proceedings No.16822/2000/P4 dated 19.1.2001 and further direct him to give all attendant service and other monetary benefits to the petitioner.
