O R D E R

This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.178 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent on the ground that the complaint is filed with malafide intention and no element of cognizable offence made out in the complaint.

2. However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on completion of investigation has found material against this petitioner and filed final report on 12.10.2024 before the Special Court for offence under SC/ST Act. Since the final report been filed on completion of investigation, it is appropriate for the petitioner to challenge the final, if so advised.

3. With the aforesaid liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
