Learned counsel for the petitioner would accede to the position that the application for electricity connection has to be made online in accordance with the prevailing regulations. Such application, if any, received will be considered in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and anybody else, who is deemed necessary, and shall be disposed by the authorities expeditiously, within the time line set out under law.
