Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner representation dated 08.11.2022 by initiating necessary enquiry for cancellation of the sale deed dated 22.04.2022, Doc.No.1825/2022, Joint Sub-Registrar-II, Krishnagiri and consequently to remove the entry from the encumbrance register.
