This petition has been filed to extend the time to execute the sureties imposed on him in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No. 20281 of 2024 dated 22.08.2024 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that due to his illness, he was unable to surrender and execute the sureties, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month.

Accordingly, ordered.
