ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 23.11.2020.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the complaint has been given on 23.11.2020, the second respondent has not registered the case so far.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that enquiry has been conducted in C.S.R.No.712 of 2020 and the same has been closed on the undertaking given by the parties that they would settle the dispute among themselves.
5. When the complaint has been closed, it is obligatory on the part of the second respondent to furnish a copy of the closure report to the
petitioner. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to send the copy of the closure report to the petitioner. If the petitioner is not satisfied with the closure report, he is at liberty to file appropriate proceedings under Section 156(3) or 200 of Cr.P.C before the appropriate forum.
6. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed.
